Junior Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Junior Maintenance Technician to join our team and work alongside an experienced maintenance technician. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, hands-on, and eager to learn.

You don't need years of experience — we're looking for someone with the right attitude who wants to develop their mechanical and maintenance skills.

What You'll Do

· Performing routine maintenance on production machinery and equipment

· Assisting with machine setup and changeovers

· Performing tool changes and adjustments

· Troubleshooting basic mechanical issues

· Helping keep machinery running safely and efficiently

· Assisting with preventative maintenance

· Learning how different machines and equipment operate

· Working alongside experienced team members to develop your skills

What We're Looking For

· Mechanically inclined and enjoys working with tools and equipment





· Strong interest in learning mechanical maintenance

· Hands-on and comfortable working with machinery

· Good problem-solving skills

· Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

· Able to work independently as well as part of a team

· Previous mechanical, maintenance, manufacturing, or shop experience is an asset, but not required

· Comfortable working a shift schedule, including the possibility of different shifts as required
