Job Summary

Raw by Robyn is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Juice & Smoothie Bar Attendant to join our team.

We are a health-focused juice and smoothie bar passionate about making nutritious food and drinks convenient, delicious, and approachable. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, working with fresh ingredients, and being part of a positive, fast-paced environment.

As a member of our team, you will help create a welcoming experience for every customer while preparing high-quality juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls, salads, wellness shots, and other Raw by Robyn products.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Take customer orders and accurately process payments through our POS system
- Prepare juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls, salads, wellness shots, and other menu items according to Raw by Robyn recipes and standards
- Learn our menu and help customers select products based on their preferences and wellness goals
- Maintain high standards for product quality, presentation, and consistency
- Keep the bar, kitchen, customer areas, and equipment clean and organized
- Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning responsibilities
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout each shift
- Monitor inventory and communicate when products or ingredients are running low
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements
- Accommodate customer requests and dietary considerations whenever possible
- Handle customer questions or concerns professionally and positively
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep service productive during busy periods




- Support other day-to-day tasks as needed to help the store run smoothly

Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or customer service is an asset, but not required
- Friendly, positive, and comfortable interacting with customers
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Able to stay organized and efficient in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system
- Able to follow recipes and preparation procedures consistently
- Willingness to learn about our products, ingredients, and their benefits
- Interest in health, wellness, nutrition, or an active lifestyle is an asset
- Food safety certification is an asset
