• Assess program needs for new and existing Residents
• Coordinate and deliver recreational programs effectively
• Encourage Resident participation and autonomy in activities
• Maintain solid, positive relationships with all stakeholders
• Organize and support fundraising events and initiatives
Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved Therapeutic Recreation program
• Minimum three years of experience in a related field
• WHMIS training and serving certifications required
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• Proficient English communication skills
