You will help shape and share knowledge, make a difference for clients, and contribute to a caring team.ResponsibilitiesProvide confidential senior‑level administrative support to the Regional Vice PresidentMaintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings (in person or virtual)Manage RVP’s email inbox and complete tasks on RVP’s behalfProactively monitor the calendarProvide support and act as a resource on assignmentsPrepare status reports, track issues, prepare meeting packages, agendas, action lists, and minutes; organize documentationSupport and manage technology adoptionPrepare correspondence, reports, and presentationsCoordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reportsProvide sales, process, marketing, and administrative support to the RVP and the entire regionProvide technology support related to BYOD, Help Desk escalations,



and general inquiriesSupport business development and marketing activities and strategies as requiredAssist with regional client acquisition events (both virtual and in person)Facilitate and follow up on PWPE cases by pulling documentation and completing intake forms; ensure appropriate reviews/calls are scheduled and track completionDevelop a strong working knowledge of Advisor Portal and run reports related to Consultant and region activity (e.G., BID, client acquisition, unbundled progress, LPP progress)Lead the National Service Centre strategy in the region by coordinating submissions to Head Office and communicating steps to impacted partiesCollaborate with all levels of regional leadership, employees, and Consultants across multiple locationsProvide Region Office supportCollaborate with Region Operations to set up workspaces, equipment, and facility managementProvide backup to region office reception duties as neededCoordinate special projects, region meetings, and eventsManage region budget and financesSupport RVP in:Establishing a respectful workplace and promoting an inclusive cultureCommunity support and involvementBuilding a strong compliance cultureEnsuring adherence to corporate policiesQualificationsBusiness Administration Diploma or other relevant postsecondary degree, or equivalent experience; minimum 5 + yearsof administrative experience preferably in sales or financial servicesEffective verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skillsService‑oriented with robust relationship‑management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDiscretion for handling confidential informationExceptional technology skills and digital savviness; support for a digital environment and team collaborationProficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) at an advanced level; intermediate ExcelFlexibility to perform in a fast‑paced, changing environmentOutstanding organizational, planning,



and prioritization skills; ability to multi‑task and manage multiple projectsKnowledge of French and English required to support clients and team members within and outside QuebecCompensation & BenefitsAnnual base salary range: $58,000 – $72,500, determined by skills, knowledge, experience, and location.
