The position is unionized, 37.5‑hour week during regular office hours, reporting to the Manager, Finance and Accounting.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, or equivalent.Minimum four years of recent and related work experience in a financial analyst role or equivalent.Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.Proactive approach to continuous learning and ability to adopt recent technologies.Knowledge of rules, regulations, and procedures applicable to not‑for‑profit financial operations.Knowledge of accounting functions,



processes, and regulatory policies.Advanced proficiency with Excel, M365 tools, and accounting/reporting software.
