SAP Finance Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced

SAP Finance Business Analyst to support SAP Finance implementation, business process improvements, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business and functional requirements.

- Analyze financial processes, conduct gap analysis, and recommend SAP-enabled improvements.

- Support

SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA implementation, testing, go-live, and production support.

- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test plans, test cases, and project deliverables.

- Work with developers and cross-functional teams on system changes and integrations.

- Support end-user training, knowledge transfer, and transition to support teams.

- Manage stakeholder communication and assist with issue/risk resolution.

Required Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of SAP Finance experience

, including implementation and end-user support.

- Extensive





SAP Business Analyst/project experience

.

- Solid knowledge of

SAP FI/CO and financial accounting processes.

- Experience with

SAP S/4HANA is highly required.

- Understanding of

SAP MM, system integrations, and SAP Fiori

.

- Experience with requirements gathering, functional specifications, testing, and UAT.

- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in

Accounting, Finance, or related field

, accounting designation, or equivalent experience.

- Municipal accounting or relevant private-sector financial accounting experience is preferred.
