The Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically curious person to join our team as a Junior Dealer

Support & Sales Coordinator.

This entry-level position combines tier-one technical support, sales administration and customer service. You will help dealers with basic technical questions, follow up on quotations and provide the information needed to move projects forward.

You will also help Condoplex build stronger relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners and condominium board members.

Having a technical background is an advantage. We are looking for someone organized, comfortable speaking with people and eager to learn.

What You’ll Do

- Answer dealer support calls, emails and portal requests.
- Help resolve straightforward product and installation questions.
- Gather and document information before escalating complex issues.




- Follow up with dealers after quotations are issued.
- Ensure every active quote has a clear next step.
- Provide brochures, specifications and presentation support.
- Arrange demonstrations and customer meetings.
- Maintain accurate dealer, building and customer information in HubSpot.
- Develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, owners and board contacts.
- Attend occasional site visits for demonstrations, training, walkthroughs and technical support.
- Work closely with sales, engineering and the afternoon dealer-support coordinator.

What We’re Looking For

- Up to two years of sales and technical-support experience.
- Recent graduates and applicants beginning their careers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, dependable and comfortable following up with people.
- Technically curious and willing to learn new products and software.
- Comfortable making and receiving telephone calls.
- Able to accept coaching and apply feedback.
- Confident using computers; Hubspot or CRM experience is an advantage.
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence, clean driving record and access to a reliable vehicle.

Experience or education involving electronics, information technology, security systems would be helpful.

This is an in office position at Condoplex’s Toronto facility, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
