JOB TITLE: Junior Project Coordinator - Construction

START TIME: 7:00 AM

JOB TYPE: 40 Hours per week, Full-Time, Permanent, Monday-Friday

SALARY: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly (subject to experience)

: The Junior Project Coordinator will support the front office and fabrication department with project records and production activities.

The role involves regular movement between the office and fabrication facility, with time spent on the fabrication floor checking and photographing material, documenting progress, identifying deficiencies, and coordinating with fabrication staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate communication between the front office and fabrication department
- Track materials, work orders, project components, and production status
- Maintain project records, trackers, data, photographs, and progress reports
- Identify, document, and follow up on deficiencies, damages, missing items, and outstanding work




- Assist with quality control checks and monitor completed work
- Create purchase orders and track materials
- Organize project samples and assist with delivery scheduling
- Support project coordinators and fabrication staff with general administrative and coordination duties

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong organizational and data-entry skills
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in both an office and fabrication environment
- Comfortable spending extended periods on your feet and moving throughout the facility
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Own vehicle is not required but considered an asset
- This is an in-office position and is not a work-from-home role
