Position: Part-Time Key Lead (10–30 hours per week)

Kindling Cannabis is seeking a Part-Time Key Lead to join our dynamic team! As a Key Lead, you are the vibes leader at the hub — the go-to person for creating an exceptional in-store atmosphere and coordinating delivery operations. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and supervising daily operations, achieving business goals, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

You’ll set the tone by demonstrating expert cannabis knowledge, delivering an engaging and educational customer experience, and supporting team success.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and verify government-issued ID to confirm 19+ age and order details.
- Create a friendly, educational, and efficient customer experience.
- Prepare and verify customer orders for pickup and delivery.
- Assist with inventory management,



including receiving and restocking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure a secure and inviting environment.
- Support delivery coordination and communication with drivers.
- Lead by example to uphold compliance, professionalism, and positive team energy.

Requirements

- Must be 19+ years of age.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience (cannabis retail experience is an asset).
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Valid CannSell Certification or ability to obtain prior to start date.
- Strong cannabis product knowledge is an asset.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Passion for the cannabis industry and community.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
