We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in a fast-paced food service environment. Duties

- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly under the supervision of chefs or kitchen staff
- Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and basic dishes
- Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Serve food to customers or assist servers during meal service
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
- Organize and store ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Skills





- Experience in food handling, food preparation, and cooking is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to serve customers courteously and efficiently
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Basic understanding of the food industry and meal preparation processes
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
