Role: Kitchen Manager — MANDY’S Laval

Laval, QC

Full time | On-site The Perks:

- $50,000 - $55,000 CAD

As Kitchen Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations while ensuring an outstanding food experience for our guests. You’ll lead, coach, and develop the kitchen team, coordinate food preparation and cooking, maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness, and help drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading, supervising, and coaching the kitchen team
- Managing food preparation, cooking, and daily kitchen operations
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Managing inventory and ordering
- Supporting menu execution and operational improvements
- Scheduling, training,



and providing performance feedback
- Creating a positive and supportive team culture aligned with MANDY’S values

What we’re looking for:
- Experience leading a restaurant or commercial kitchen team
- Strong food preparation and kitchen management skills
- Knowledge of inventory control and kitchen workflow
- Strong understanding of food quality and safety standards
- Experience with scheduling, training, and team development
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Clear, respectful, and effective communication
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- A passion for healthy food, wellness, and creating an inclusive guest experience
