Nupqu Native Plants is a division of Nupqu Resource Ltd Partnership, a business owned by the Communities of the Ktunaxa Nation. We are located on Community Lands (at the north end, east of Kimberley). We are a nursery wholesaler for native plants. Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nursery Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various equipment and systems within our facility. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure optimal functionality and safety of all machinery and infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance Worker is under the direct supervision of the Site ManagerTroubleshoot and problem solve in various situationsMaintain a maintenance schedule for the machine around the nurserySmall engine operations maintenance and repairChainsaw operation, maintenance, and repairIrrigation/water system set-up, operations, maintenance, and repairGreenhouse modifications, maintenance, and repairWeed whipping and mowingIn addition to maintenance tasks,
