About the Role:

We’re seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional to join our Student Services team. As a Financial Aid Officer, you will support students in navigating financial aid options—including OSAP—and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and institutional requirements.

Your Impact:

- Guide students through the financial aid process with empathy and clarity
- Accurately assess eligibility and assist with OSAP applications and reviews
- Liaise with ministry officials, student advisors, and campus leadership
- Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and privacy standards
- Deliver timely,

What You Bring:

- Previous experience working in a financial aid or student services role (college or university setting preferred)
- Strong understanding of OSAP, financial assistance programs, and ministry reporting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office and student information systems
- Bonus: Familiarity with Ontario Private Career College operations
