We are currently partnering with aglobal manufacturerto hire aLogistics Coordinatorto support cross-border operations and transportation coordination between manufacturing facilities and Canadian operations.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in afast-paced setting, managing logistics processes, and collaborating across teams to ensure shipments move efficiently and compliantly.What You’ll Be DoingCoordinate transportation of equipment and shipments between U.S. manufacturing plants and CanadaAct as a key liaison with internal teams and third-party logistics providersManage shipping documentation and support import/export processesMonitor shipments, track deliveries, and provide status updates and ETAsAssist with invoicing, billing adjustments, and documentation related to equipment salesSupport documentation for vehicle registration, licensing, and regulatory requirementsCreate and improve internalSOPs and process documentationto support operational efficiencyAssist with reporting, tracking logistics activities, and identifying process improvementsProvide administrative and operational support to the logistics teamWhat We’re Looking ForExperience withlogistics coordination, transportation,
