About Aya Gold & Silver

Aya Gold & Silver Inc. is a Montréal-based, dual-listed (TSX: AYA / Nasdaq: AYA) precious-metals producer. We operate a rare silver-only mine in Morocco, Zgounder, and are advancing the Boumadine polymetallic project, one of the most compelling precious-metal development projects in the sector. As we grow from a single producing asset to a multi-asset business, we are building out the corporate team to support that growth.

The Opportunity

You’ll join Aya’s corporate team in Montréal, reporting to the Chief Legal & Sustainability Officer and Head of Organisational Efficiency. You’ll work closely with him, the broader corporate team, and HR colleagues embedded across our operating locations. As the team’s dedicated People & Organisation specialist, you’ll have an active role in shaping compensation, benefits, policy, and organisation-design foundations for a growing international mining company. It’s a formative and collaborative role, with close working relationships across the executive team and an opportunity to help build the corporate people function as Aya continues to grow.

How You’ll Contribute

- Lead the design of the corporate compensation structure, job architecture and benefits programs (non-executive), working with Finance on cost and funding.
- Develop the company’s employee benefits and group insurance programs, including plan design, renewals, and provider selection.
- Develop and maintain group HR policy frameworks, helping ensure consistent, compliant employment practices across the corporate organisation.
- Lead corporate employment matters in Canada, including employment offers, contracts, and employment-law compliance.
- Support the Head of Organisational Efficiency with organisation design and role-clarity analysis and maintain organisational documentation to an executive- and Board-ready standard.
- Prepare compensation and benefits analysis to support the executive team and the Board’s Compensation Committee.
- Help establish people data,



HRIS and HR processes at the group level.
- Work with external HR, compensation and other advisors, commissioning market benchmarks, data, and specialist input, while owning the analysis and standing behind the resulting recommendations.

Working with the Team

This is a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Day to day, you will:

- Report to, and work closely with, the CLO/CSO & Head of Organisational Efficiency.
- Partner with Finance on people cost, payroll governance and benefits.
- Collaborate with international and country teams on shared group frameworks and standards.
- Coordinate external HR advisors and benefits providers, ensuring explicit scope, effective delivery, and alignment with the company’s needs.

What You Bring

- A seasoned HR professional with broad generalist experience and strong technical depth, who can develop and confidently stand behind well-reasoned recommendations.
- Demonstrated expertise in compensation and benefits design and the practical application of employment law in Canada; international or cross-border experience is a strong asset.
- Organisation-design capability, or a proven ability to research and build structural and role-clarity analysis.
- A collaborative working style and credibility with senior finance and executive colleagues.
- Sound judgement and the maturity to work with delegated responsibility within a small team.
- Bilingual (French and English), written and spoken.
