You arrive in a season already underway: the role requires field leadership, rigorous execution, and multi-team coordination to deliver quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities — drive field execution and service performanceSupervise a team of about 30 people (customer service/technical advisors, parts, technicians, shop manager, coordinator, foreman) to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery.Coordinate the preparation of new units, repairs, and deliveries to support operational commitments during peak periods.Enforce existing procedures and ensure rigorous and uniform application, considering inter-site impacts.Analyze KPIs and performance reports, then deploy concrete corrective actions to achieve productivity and quality objectives.Control costs and manage parts inventory to maintain operational efficiency of the service.Guide, train, mobilize, and develop staff,
