As a Flex Operator in Converting, you will play a key role in supporting departmental operations through a variety of hands‑on tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, is eager to build depth in Converting processes, and enjoys hands‑on, team‑based work.We prioritize your well‑being. Successful candidates are required to pass a criminal background check, drug test, and a physical examination.



Certain tasks may require wearing a full‑face respirator.What You Can ExpectPerform a variety of labor duties in Converting Operations.Regularly lift up to 50–60 lbs.Identify and analyze problems as they occur and work with the team to troubleshoot them.Work at heights or in confined spaces as required.What We ExpectHigh school diploma.Valid class 5 driver’s license.Strong mechanical aptitude and safety orientation, particularly while operating heavy machinery.Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.Forklift driving experience is an asset.Availability for all shifts, including weekends and night shifts, as our facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.What’s In It For YouBase pay rate of $37.55 per hour.Extended health advantages after the first 40 days.Safety boot allowance.Kruger Products is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from all qualified individuals.
