Located inVancouver .Responsibilities and dutiesDesign mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and process piping systems under the supervision of licensed professional engineers.Develop coordinated 3D models and drawings using appropriate design tools such as Plant 3D, Revit, and AutoCAD, based on project needs.Prepare piping layouts, isometrics, orthographic drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and material take-offs.Support piping reroutes, tie-ins, and design revisions while maintaining drawing accuracy, coordination, and revision control.Apply constructability, maintainability, and installation considerations throughout the design process.Participate in client coordination.Conduct site surveys and construction follow-ups.Collaborate with mechanical, process, electrical, instrumentation, and structural disciplines.Qualifications and RequirementsTechnologist Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Systems, Industrial Design, or related discipline.Minimum of 24 months of experience in the mechanical, HVAC, plumbing,
