Together, we’re building a better future—responsibly, inclusively, and with purposeAbout the ProjectYou will be part of our Pape North Connect project, playing a key role in driving its success and contributing to one of Canada’s most exciting infrastructure projects.About the JobWe are hiring a Fleet Coordinator to step into an existing role, on our Finance & Administration Team, on the Pape North Connect project. This position reports to the General Services Manager.What You Will Be Doing?Coordinate all scheduled maintenance and repairs with dealerships, leasing partners, and local vendors to ensure zero downtime Manage fuel card distribution and perform weekly/monthly reconciliation of fuel receipts Maintain accurate records for vehicle assignments, registration, insurance,
and permits Ensure all drivers adhere to JV safety procedures and compliance standards Oversee on-site vehicle parking logistics and permit compliance Act as the primary liaison between PNCJV and vehicle dealerships/service providers Track and report on fleet utilization, cost-per-kilometer, and budget variances Support incident investigation and root-cause analysis for motor vehicle accidentsAdditional duties as assigned What We Are Looking For?Previous experience managing small to medium-sized fleets (30+ vehicles), preferably in a construction environment Familiarity with light-duty trucks and SUVs in heavy-duty field conditions (off-road wear and tear, etc.) Working knowledge of Ontario MTO/CVOR regulations is a strong asset Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reconciliation and tracking Solid organizational skills — ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintenance schedules simultaneously Professional communicator comfortable dealing with vendors, dealerships, and project staff Experience with GPS/telematics systems (Geotab, Samsara, etc.) is an asset Able to manage physical parking constraints and vehicle logistics on a busy project siteCompensation:Successful candidates chosen for this position can expect to earn between $80,000-$110,000.
