Job OverviewThis is a part‑time contract opportunity that may serve as a supplemental engagement for individuals currently in full‑time roles. The position offers flexible scheduling, with a commitment of up to 28 hours per week.ResponsibilitiesComplete labeling of PointClickCare clinical notes (95% of the role) to help train AI models.Provide clinical feedback and recommendations using nursing knowledge of Senior Living/SNF electronic medical record.Apply clinical expertise within the labeling team.Align with set labeling rules and provide constructive input to improve the product.Collaborate with a team of subject matter experts during quality review of AI products.Complete required training as defined by security, clinical director, and HR.RequirementsClinical background (RN, NP) – at least 5 years of acute or LTPAC clinical experience, clinical software experience, and predictive intelligence with an EHR preferred.General familiarity with AI in healthcare and understanding of terminology such as LLM, NLP, hallucinations.Clinical degree required; bachelor’s degreepreferred with proof of clinical license verification.Strong organizational and project management skills.Self‑starter, able to work independently.Multitasker with excellent communication skills who thrives in a complex, dynamic, and fast‑paced environment.Experience in data labeling,



supporting and servicing customers using a clinical software application preferred.Technical acumen or familiarity with the PointClickCare EHR is preferred but not required.Passion for transforming healthcare.Physical security requirements: private space, properly secured Wi‑Fi connection, no shared computer access for labeling.Install the approved VPN and use the specified internet browser as defined by the project.Strong proficiency in written and spoken English with professional communication skills and the ability to understand medical terminology.Pass culture fit: must complete required background check, contract period, and follow HR policies while representing PCC.Hourly rate: $33 – $36.50 CAD per hour, paid on a 40‑hour work week basis.
