People who get it.We are the home of ambitious, passionate, and innovative world shapers.With an unmatched breadth and depth of engineering, advisory and science‑based expertise, our global minds unite to power local solutions.We are pathfinders and impact makers.We are Visioneers.We are WSP.The OpportunityWSP Canada is seeking an experiencedCivil 3D Library Managerto lead the governance, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our national Civil 3D content ecosystem within the Transportation Systems business.Reporting to the Digital Delivery Team, this role will serve as the steward of WSP's Transportation Systems Civil 3D environment, overseeing the standards, templates, styles, catalogs, configurations, and supporting technologies used across transportation projects nationwide.This is a highly collaborative role that requires deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to bring together content developed by subject matter experts across multiple disciplines into a cohesive, scalable, and well‑governed enterprise solution.The successful candidate will help establish and maintain a consistent, high-quality Civil 3D experience that improves productivity, enhances design quality, and supports digital delivery excellence across WSP Canada's Transportation Systems business.Your ImpactOwn and manage the Transportation Systems Civil 3D content library across CanadaDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve Civil 3D templates (DWT) and associated contentEstablish governance processes, quality standards, approval workflows, and release management procedures for content updatesDefine and maintain content lifecycle management practices, including documentation, testing, validation, versioning, and deploymentServe as the central point of accountability for Civil 3D content quality, consistency, and usabilityContent Development & ManagementOversee and maintain:Object stylesLayer standardsAlignment and profile standardsAssemblies and subassembliesQuantity takeoff criteriaSurvey content and configurationsSheet production configurationsDiscipline-specific content and workflowsClient-specific content requirementsManage gravity and pressure pipe catalogs used across Transportation Systems projectsMaintain associated part families, specifications, rules,



and configurationsDevelop and manage catalog creation workflows and supporting software platformsCoordinate with discipline representatives to ensure catalogs reflect business requirements and industry best practicesAdvanced Civil 3D Technology LeadershipProvide technical leadership related to advanced Civil 3D capabilitiesMaintain expertise in Subassembly Composer and corridor modeling methodologiesSupport the development and optimization of custom assemblies and parametric design contentEvaluate emerging Autodesk technologies and recommend adoption strategies where appropriateStakeholder EngagementPartner with transportation discipline leaders, designers, BIM leads, and technical subject matter experts across CanadaConsolidate, rationalize, and standardize content developed by various regions and project teamsFacilitate collaborative working groups and content reviewsBalance national consistency with project- and client-specific requirementsThe skills that set you apartRequiredMinimum 5 years of experience within an engineering consulting environmentAdvanced expertise in Autodesk Civil 3DDemonstrated experience creating, managing, and maintaining Civil 3D content libraries and standardsExtensive experience with:Civil 3D templates (DWT)Object styles and label stylesAssemblies and subassembliesSubassembly ComposerPipe network and pressure network contentContent governance and standards managementStrong understanding of civil infrastructure design workflows and project delivery processesProven ability to collaborate with technical subject matter experts and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groupsExcellent written, verbal, and organizational skillsPreferredExperience working for an Autodesk reseller, implementation partner, or consulting organization specializing in Autodesk technologiesExperience with Autodesk FormaExperience with AutoLISP or related technologiesExperience developing or managing pipe/pressure pipe catalogs and associated authoring toolsExperience with content deployment, configuration management, and enterprise software rollout strategiesFamiliarity with BIM, digital delivery, and model governance practicesCompensationAB, BC, NT, NU,
