Job DetailsJob ID:288111Store Name/Number:ON‑Fairview Park Kitchener (0554)Address:2960 Kingsway Drive, Kitchener, ON N2C 1X1, Canada (CA)Employment Type:Full TimePosition Type:RegularVacancy Status:This position is for an existing, open vacancyResponsibilitiesLead the people and operational functions of the store, overseeing staffing and zoning, training and onboarding of Beauty Advisors, store scheduling, and execution of Sephora’s operational standards.Conduct final interviews for all key positions and use the online applicant tracking system to source, select, and hire candidates.Manage all training-related functions, develop and execute the store's ongoing training strategy in partnership with Education partners.Oversee weekly schedule creation, approve time‑off requests, and manage payroll to ensure accurate, timely payment.Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports, oversee performance management for the entire store, and provide timely feedback.Ensure all store operations meet company standards, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, returns, tester and supply control, and cycle counts.Demonstrate strong understanding of sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses to serve as a subject‑matter expert.Qualifications2‑4 years of management experience in beauty, retail,
