With 9,000 employees we are active all over the globe.Maintain all electrical production equipment and building electrical fixtures including general lighting and emergency/exit lighting system.Modifies existing equipment and installs new equipment as required.Troubleshoots and diagnoses electric/electronic system faults, tunes equipment and ensures adequate controls and safety measures are functional.Ability to carry out monthly and yearly electrical maintenance procedures, repairing/or replacing parts as required, in accordance with KIRCHHOFF Automotive preventative maintenance program.Performs some mechanical maintenance on machinery and automation.Ensures appropriate replacement parts on order through Maintenance Supervisor.Strong PLC knowledge.Adheres to the Occupational Health & Safety Act guidelines.Any other reasonable request made by management.Contributes to a safe, clean and comfortable work workplace that complements the Occupational Health and Safety Act by ensuring the principles of the 5S discipline (simplify, separate, sanitize, standardize and support)
