Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the operations on our pressure grouting or patching crews. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, the ability to work well in a team setting, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Perform physical labor tasks including coring boreholes, shoveling sand and lifting cement bags
- Ability to learn quickly and follow directions
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
- Operating company vehicles in a safe manor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area




- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- A valid non GDL class 5 driver’s license
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend/Special Events as needed
