Job Summary

Looking for someone with basic to intermediate painting skills that is also willing to help the team in the demo and construction on active renovation work sites.

We all chip in and do what needs to get done on the daily.

"That's not my job" doesn't apply here.

Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and masking areas as needed
- Apply paint, primer, and other coatings using hand tools and power tools with precision and care
- Assist with rigging and setting up scaffolding or ladders to access work areas safely
- Maintain a clean work workplace by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Communicate effectively with team members and hotel staff.

Skills

- Construction experience with a focus on painting or restoration projects
- knowledge of construction painting techniques for residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Proficiency with hand tools,



power tools, scaffolding, rigging equipment, and other construction hardware
- Experience with caulking, surface preparation, and finishing techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy work environment
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights or with power tools

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
