Bosma Landscape Service is a landscape design and grounds maintenance company nestled in the heart of Niagara Wine Country. We are currently seeking an experienced individual interested in a landscape construction foreman position who possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic to join our growing team.

What will you be doing?

- Spearhead the build of residential and commercial landscape construction projects
- Working alongside management to ensure each project is a success
- Supervise, instruct and delegate your crew and their daily activities
- Train and motivate your crew. Lead as an example and ensure your crew is operating according to company standards
- Ensure projects are executed on time
- Problem solve and make decisions on-site, in real time
- Operate equipment as required
- Interact with clients on a daily basis to ensure seamless project completion
- Ensure company equipment is in optimal working condition
- Participate in snow removal during the winter months
- Attend project and safety meetings as required
- Adhere to all legislative and company policies and procedures

- Must demonstrate previous experience in completing jobs from start to finish that include, but are not limited to: interlock patios, driveways, walkways, retaining walls, water features as well as all aspects of softscaping
- Horticultural knowledge is a strong asset
- Excellent equipment operating experience is required; i.e. skidsteer, mini-ex, concrete saws etc.
- Previous experience in a leadership role is an asset
- The successful candidate must be able to work safely and effectively in extreme weather conditions (i.e. heat & winter conditions) and complete physically demanding tasks throughout the day (i.e. lifting, bending)
- Ability to read blueprints & renderings accordingly
- Team-oriented
- Solid communication skills
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Clean, G class license with experience in hauling equipment
- Must be able to report to yard location, located in Beamsville, directly off the highway

Pay: $29.00-$42.00 per hour

Experience

- Landscape construction: 3 years (preferred)
- landscape leadership: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Class G Licence (preferred)
