Landscape Construction Lead Hand

Job Duties:

- Works with or without direct supervision of the supervisor
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required to complete landscape projects
- operate equipment and tools (skid steers, excavators, saws, compactors, etc.)
- Assist trades persons in landscaping construction activities, as directed
- Wide variety of hard and soft landscaping (grading, planting, mulching, sodding,



stone work, walls, patios, driveways, pools, outdoor kitchens, etc.)
- Communicating openly and honestly
- Works diligently toward building and maintaining a high level of quality
- Works well as a team
