Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Landscaping Labourer to join our team and contribute to the creation and maintenance of beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves hands-on work in various landscaping projects, supporting the overall aesthetic and health of our clients' properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a strong work ethic, and an interest in horticulture and construction-related tasks.

Responsibilities

- Assist with landscape construction and hardscaping

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment such as excavators for various landscaping tasks
- Support irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure proper water distribution
- Prepare sites by digging, trenching, and grading using appropriate tools and machinery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to ensure safety and efficiency
- Perform general construction duties related to landscape projects, including fencing, stonework, or pathway installation
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance




- Follow safety protocols at all times during project execution

Qualifications

- Prior experience or familiarity with gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating excavators, power tools, and other construction equipment is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction projects
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license is advantageous for transporting equipment or materials to job sites
