it’s a chance to drive meaningful change and help define the future of our communities.ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for a wide variety of specialized project-related administrative and accounting functionsWork independently to effectively manage complex project- and executive-level paper and electronic files, documents and recordsCompose and develop correspondence and reportsManage project insurance mattersApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures, and independently monitor for quality assuranceManage project documents and filesAnswer questions regarding company policies, procedures and guidelinesOrganize and coordinate meetings, and assist with presentationsAttend all necessary meetings while taking detailed, formal meeting minutes for review and distributionWork with complex contracts and sub-agreementsTrack and monitor project budgets, workloads and schedulesActively participate in project reviewsExhibit professionalism with clientsWork closely with multiple Project Managers and project teamsExercise good judgement and discretion, and independently resolve problems and issues relating to administrative project functionsSupport client invoicing, manage collections,
