ensuring delivery of excellent nursing and personal care.Create a welcoming and supportive environment for the residents through teamwork and effective communication with staff.Oversee resident care, including regular communication with residents and their families, and provide guidance to staff.Supervise the Personal Support Workers/Unregulated team members assigned to the unit.Handle admission, readmission, and change in status, and provide ongoing assessment to the residents.Who You AreRegistered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses.Have experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation and/or senior health industry.Have positive judgment, the ability to identify risk, and foster a positive work environment.Legally eligible to work in Canada or possess a valid work permit.What You Need to KnowSienna Senior Living is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all team members and residents feel like they belong.
