• You lead the creation of innovative and exceptional consumer product concepts for Arc’teryx with a focus on men’s apparel for our Climb and Snow product categories.
• Your robust consumer-facing product vision delivers resolved and cohesive product design direction aligned with our product merchandising strategy.
• You provide strong creative leadership to our product design teams to deliver world-class product and an exceptional consumer experience.
• This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is expected to be performed on-site, with some hybrid flexibility.

Requirements

- You have a degree in Apparel Design, Industrial Design or Textile Engineering.
- You have 12+ years of industry experience in technical apparel and or performance hardgoods design and/or production, including 5+ years leading design teams.
- You have an excellent softgoods knowledge of technical garments, footwear, and gear construction, fit and materials.
- You have a relationship with and knowledge of both climbing and snow cultures, and you deeply understand the activity specific needs of the athlete.
- You have a keen interest in technical product and its application to a variety of outdoor activities.
