• Assess client needs and develop individualized action plans • Provide employment consultation and support job searches • Conduct workshops for life skills and job readiness • Collaborate with community partners for job placements • Manage documentation and reporting across data systems

Requirements: • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience • Proficient in English, additional languages are a plus • Experience in recruitment and job matching • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Valid work permit and recent Police Record check
