Sales Department Assistant

tojoin out team. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional whothrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with people daily. KeyResponsibilities: Greet and assist all visitors,customers and staff in a skilled and friendly manner Provide accurate directions andinformation while maintaining confidentiality Answer and direct incoming phonecalls to appropriate departments or individuals Handle customer inquiries and supportthe sales team Inspect and check in Newvehicles. Park vehicles on lot Prepare and complete paperworkwith clients for their new vehicle purchases Perform general administrativetasks including filing,



handling and redirecting mail and supporting dailyoffice functions Keep the showroom clean, tidyand organized to ensure a positive first impression for all visitors WhatWe’re Looking For: Bilingual in English and French

(preferred) OMVIC certification

or willing to obtain(required) Excellent phone and customerservice skills Strong organizational and timemanagement skills Professional appearance anddemeanor Ability to multitask effectivelywithout compromising quality Dependable, punctual andcommitted to good attendance Team player with a positive andproactive attitude Clear verbal and writtencommunication skills Willingness to learn and growwith the company Vacancy Status:
