They manage working relationships with customers and insurance partners while providing administrative support for the repair facility team.Key Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and over emailSchedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management systemEnsure timely processing of insurance assignmentsPrepare repair order with proper documentationRecord all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASEManage car rental informationActively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the JobHigh School DiplomaMinimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive IndustryRequired Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesCommunicate effectively,
