Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Carpenter to spearhead our construction and renovation projects, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to safety standards. As a key leader on our team, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate skilled trades, and manage project timelines to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise construction crews, including carpenters, masons, drywall installers, and other skilled tradespeople.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution accurately.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project managers to ensure timely procurement of materials such as wood, concrete, rebar, siding, roofing materials, and fixtures.
- Oversee the installation of various building components including cabinetry, flooring, tile work, siding, roofing, and drywall.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards; conduct regular site inspections.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to keep projects on schedule.




- Provide mentorship and training to team members in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction or renovation projects with a strong background in carpentry, masonry, or related trades.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and material procurement.
- Hands-on experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, framing techniques, roofing systems, siding installation, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery or manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, scaffolding, caulking procedures, and working at heights.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders effectively.
