Role: Lead Full Stack Engineer

Employment Type: Contract

Description

What we're looking for:

- Strong backend development experience (80% backend, 20% frontend)

- Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Event-driven architecture, Kubernetes, Redis, GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL databases, Security (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, mTLS)

- Azure cloud services, Jenkins, Opsera, CI/CD pipelines

- React, TypeScript, contemporary frontend development

- API design, system integration, microservices architecture

- Observability and Monitoring (Dyantrace, Splunk, Grafana, Datadog)

- Experience working in Agile product teams

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable commerce and customer-facing applications

- Build integrations with enterprise platforms and partner ecosystems

- Participate in coding, code reviews, testing, and production support





- Drive technical solutions across multiple teams and domains

- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Business, and external partners

- Work directly with business and product stakeholders to define requirements and influence priorities

- Own technical design, architecture decisions, and delivery execution

- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and technical guidance

- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and execution challenges and drive resolution

- Provide end-to-end ownership from solution design through production delivery
