Landscape Lead Hand – Driver Required

Alderon Inc. is growing and is looking for an experienced Landscape Lead Hand to join our team in Edmonton.

Starting wage: $26.00/hour, with higher pay available based on experience and leadership ability.

We specialize in

Yard grading and drainage corrections

Window well installation and repairs

Sod installation

General landscaping and property improvements

Requirements

Valid Class 5 driver's licence

Clean driver's abstract (required)

Experience with landscaping and grading work

Ability to lead a crew and keep projects running efficiently

Solid understanding of proper grading, drainage, and quality workmanship

Able to read site conditions and solve problems independently

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Physically fit and able to work outdoors

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a landscaping crew

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard





Train and direct labourers on site

Communicate with customers in a professional manner

Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
