A background in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting is required for this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate manufacturing processes and suggest improvements
- Oversee capital equipment purchases and budgets
- Conduct time studies for enhanced productivity
- Create and update manufacturing standards and procedures
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions for team collaboration Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
- 3-5 years related manufacturing experience
- Expertise in CAD software including SolidWorks
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma practices
