Inovata Foods Corp. is a major producer of wholesome control brand frozen meals for many of North America’s largest retailers.Position DetailsVacancy Type: Planned VacancyPay Range: $65,000 - $75,000Primary ResponsibilitiesDeliver new hire on-the-job training aligned with SOPs, work instructions, and standard work practicesConduct job-specific skills training to ensure safe and efficient performanceValidate employee competency through assessments, observations, and sign‑offsReinforce health & safety practices including PPE, safe work behaviours, ergonomics, and incident preventionSupport food safety and quality training including GMP, HACCP, allergen, and sanitation requirementsMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records, training matrices, and employee qualification trackingMonitor training completion timelines and follow up on overdue or expired training requirementsProvide real‑time coaching, feedback,
and retraining support to employees and mentorsSupport and guide mentors in executing role‑specific training and onboarding expectationsIdentify training gaps and communicate training needs to leadership teamsSupport corrective action retraining following incidents, quality concerns, audit findings, or performance concernsAssist with the creation, development, implementation, and rollout of SOPs, work instructions, and standardised training documentation across departmentsVerify SOP and training effectiveness through floor observations, coaching, and competency validationEnsure consistency of training practices across departments, shifts, and trainersAssist with development and continuous improvement of onboarding systems, training materials, and training processesSupport digital training systems, electronic training records, and document control processesParticipate in audits and ensure training compliance and audit readinessSupport onboarding by reinforcing key principles after orientation and throughout probationary periodsSupport training‑related KPI tracking including onboarding effectiveness, competency completion, retention trends, and incident reduction initiativesAssist in the development and facilitation of mentorship, leadership,
