Shift and CompensationShift:On-Call casual schedule - Flexibility requiredPay Rate:$21.55/hourLocation:455 A Okanagan Avenue East, Penticton, BCResponsibilitiesServe our customers efficiently and courteously on the telephone and in person; upsell and cross-sell corporate products and services.Handle customer complaints and inquiries; problem solve andresolve problem shipments and equipment/technology challenges.Collaborate with Head Office, local management, drivers, warehousing staff, account managers and corporate partners to ensure excellence in customer service.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, building tenants and key contacts.Assist customers with shipping details, account challenges and logistics (loading, scanning, logging, calling resolution freight).Perform cash reconciliation, including deposits and key control.Communicate effectively in a positive manner with all stakeholders.Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, safety standards, uniform requirements,
