Lessons learned are documented and shared and all reporting is completed timely and accurately.Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of current practices.Coordinate with leads to ensure organization of daily work for the crew.Foster an environment of positive employee relations and employee involvement.Perform corrective actions if needed.Performs other related duties as assigned.QualificationsYour background and experience include:3-5 years supervisory and employee relations experience, with a focus on strong leadership and relationship building skills.A valid BC Class 5 driver’s license and the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.Physically capable of performing duties that include entering and exiting railcarsBackground working in a unionized environment.SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management.Assembly line operation, with emphasis on automotive or mechanical applications.Excellent time management skills in an ever changing and fast paced environment.
