The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing document control, coordinating field and equipment logistics, and supporting project management activities to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.The right candidate can work locally from one of the Ontario offices; AECOM can providehybrid work options to give the flexibility you need to do your best work. This position will primarily support acting project managers as a project coordinator on large archaeological/environmental projects.ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage logistics for project-related activities, including fieldwork, meetings, site visits,
and events.Coordinate the shipment and delivery of project materials and equipment.Ensure timely and efficient logistics support for project teams.Manage health and safety tracking, field equipment tracking.Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring all documents are up‑to‑date and accessible.Ensure compliance with document control standards and procedures.Track and manage document revisions and approvals.Arrange travel accommodations for project team members, including flights, hotels, and transportation as required.Manage travel itineraries and ensure all travel arrangements are cost‑effective and within budget.Coordinate travel schedules and resolve any travel‑related issues.Assist project managers in tracking project progress and milestones.Prepare and distribute project reports and updates.Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamStrong attention to detailPreferred qualificationsDiploma or certificate in Administration,
