The Company recently went public on the Canadian Toronto Stock Exchange Venture, bringing massive opportunities to its employees for career progression and a variety of learning opportunities.About the roleWildpack has continued to expand its team and clientele base year‑after‑year and expects to continue its growth through training, developing, and opening opportunities to its team through career advancement.A day in the life: What you doCommercial & Account OwnershipOwn the commercial relationship for assigned customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contactDrive customer retention, repeat business, and contract renewals through strong service and executionIdentify and pursue revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts, including new SKUs, volumes, and servicesPrepare for and lead customer calls, presentations, and account reviewsSupply & Production CoordinationForecast customer production volumes and material requirements in partnership with internal teamsCoordinate internal production schedules, external supply vendors,
and customer inbound/outbound logisticsEnsure sales orders, forecasts, and customer requirements are accurate, complete, and aligned with plant capabilitiesWork closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to validate feasibility, timelines, and margin expectationsSupport onboarding of current customers, including production readinessMonitor active projects to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and within scopeProactively identify risks related to supply constraints, capacity, or changing customer demandResolve customer issues quickly and cost‑effectively, escalating when appropriateBalance customer expectations with operational and commercial realitiesMaintain clear, consistent communication with customers regarding production/order status, changes, and timelinesDeepen customer relationships to understand long‑term goals, pain points, and growth opportunitiesDevelop customer success plans for priority accountsAnalyze market trends and customer feedback to inform commercial strategyProcess & DocumentationCreate, maintain, and manage customer documentation and records in shared systemsEnsure CRM (Hubspot), forecasting tools, and customer files are accurate and up to datePartner with Marketing to ensure customer initiatives align with Wildpack capabilities and positioningQualifications: What you know3+ years of experience in Account Management, Commercial Operations, or a similar B2B roleProven experience managing a portfolio of small to mid‑sized accountsStrong understanding of supply‑driven or manufacturing environmentsPrior experience in food or beverage production preferred but not requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,
