Responsibilities include:Perform setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of manufacturing equipmentSupport equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and upgrades to minimize downtimeTroubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and drive systems, as well as PLC/HMI and sensorsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing projectsMaintain a clean, organized,
