The successful candidate will maintain and grow a book of business and act as an insurance advisor to foster valued relationships with our clients.LLQP licenseand experience in the Benefits (Accident and Sickness) field of Insurance are required.CompensationThe expected hiring range for this role is $75,000 - $87,500 based on a 37.5-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experience, market conditions, and internal equity. Westland also offers a competitive commission.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and grow a book of business.Act as an insurance advisor to foster valued relationships with clients.Seek out and develop relationships with potential trucking clients, attending networking events and generating leads.Prepare marketing submissions and proposals,
