Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Leader / EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) Specialist to drive excellence in precision manufacturing. Duties

- Lead and supervise EDM operations, including setting up and programming and surfacing in Cimatron
- Develop and refine EDM processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and quality
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models
- Perform routine maintenance on EDM equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime




- Utilize mechanical knowledge in the EDM process
- Ensure adherence to safety standards by operating forklifts responsibly and following lean manufacturing principles
- Mentor team members on machining techniques, blueprint reading, and the use of precision measurement tools such as calipers

Experience

- Proven experience (minimumof 10+ years) in programming and surfacing in Cimatron
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in machining, assembly, welding, and the use of hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, basic math skills for measurements and calculations, and understanding of manufacturing best practices

Pay: $32.00-$36.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
