REALTOR® / Leasing Agent Responsibilities:

- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Respond to tenant emails and phone calls regarding available rentals
- Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements. Verification of application documents.
- Conducting property showings with prospective tenants.




- Reviewing applications and working in tandem with the senior property manager for approval of applications
- Drafting and completing lease agreements with approved tenants

Requirements:

- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to connect and communicate clearly with clients.
- Strong Sales Mindset: A drive to meet targets, build relationships, and close deals.
- Self-Motivated, Skilled & Client-Focused: Ability to manage your schedule and client interactions effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Attention to detail in managing appointments, follow-ups, and showings.
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle
- Availability to Work Evenings and Weekends: Flexibility in your schedule to meet client demands.
- MUST have a valid Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) License
- Willing to train as a Leasing Agent for Property Management
