What This Role Is All AboutLikewize is searching for a Mobile Repair Technician to join our WeFix Repair team and cover the Greater Toronto Area. This position represents an existing vacancy within our organization.Job DescriptionA Likewize repair technician is the ‘face’ of our company. Whether it’s interacting with the end customer at their home or workplace or driving our unique mobile service centre around bustling streets, you will always represent Likewize. You are responsible for troubleshooting and repairing customers’ devices accurately, efficiently, and to the highest of standards to ensure a best‑in‑class customer experience each time.Your Key Areas of FocusDeliver on‑time, high‑quality repairs by managing daily bookings, parts collection, and repairs efficiently using Likewize systems.Create great customer experience by meeting customers at their chosen location, performing thorough quality checks, and keeping them proactively informed along the way.Own the full repair journey — from inbound and outbound quality control to all required system administration before heading to the next appointment.Represent the brand proudly by maintaining a clean, professional mobile workshop, vehicle, tools, and equipment at all times.Monitor your performance against KPIs and service standards,
always aligning with company values and looking for ways to improve.Support business growth by engaging locally — through retail partnerships, visible presence, social activity, or customer referrals.Handle parts responsibly by returning unused or salvage items as required and escalating vehicle or equipment issues promptly.What We’re Looking ForA valid G/A Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.A solid foundational understanding of how electronics work, with curiosity to keep learning.Clear, confident communication skills (both verbal and written) to connect easily with customers and teammates.A customer‑first mindset, delivering friendly, qualified service every time.The ability to thrive both independently in the field and collaboratively as part of a broader team.Extra Skills We’d Love To SeeHands‑on experience in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, and Word).Your CompensationWe are offering an hourly rate of $25 CAD per hour for this position.Where We WorkThe work happens on the move inside our fully branded Likewize vans. The van contains a spacious driving area and a mobile repair workshop fully equipped with necessary tools, parts, and equipment.
