You will work under the Resource Coordinator - Home Care to assist clients to remain in their own homes where safely possible. The role requires Grade 12 and a Home Care Attendant or Health Care Aide certificate with a community component. The position is 0.50 FTE, in-person, with days, evenings and weekends shifts.
