Duties

- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to understand their insurance needs and provide expert guidance on policy options
- Conduct detailed analysis of client information to recommend suitable insurance products, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
- Manage sales processes from initial contact through policy issuance, including documentation and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate new leads and expand the customer base through proactive outreach
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that promote insurance products effectively across diverse channels
- Assist in sales administration tasks such as updating client records,



processing applications, and maintaining accurate logs of interactions
- Negotiate policy terms with clients while ensuring clarity on coverage details, premiums, and exclusions to foster transparency and trust

Experience

- Proven minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance Industry.
- Solid analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are highly desirable to serve diverse customer populations effectively
- Experience in telemarketing or marketing campaigns aimed at expanding customer outreach
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate confidently and clearly explain complex insurance concepts
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems for managing client information efficiently
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus, enabling seamless interaction with a broader range of clients

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
